To qualify as a member of the team, the Access Perfect Homes Education and Training Program must be completed.

The educational content is focused on teaching Realtors around the world the housing issues faced by people with disabilities. Topics explored in-depth include Service Animals and the Law, Renovating and Remodeling Homes for Individuals with Mobility Issues, Smart Homes and Assistive Technology, and the ADA and Commercial Real Estate.

The Access Perfect Homes 'Training Lab' includes a variety of experiential challenges such as the loss of mobility and the loss of sight and hearing. To achieve a deeper understanding, respect and compassion for the clients they serve, each member has dedicated extended time restricted to a wheelchair and has experienced the struggle of completing daily activities blindfolded as well as without sound.

Access Perfect Homes courses are available for conferences and seminars for professions affiliated with the Real Estate industry as well.
