Designing For Accessibility
In a world of ‘cookie-cutter’ home layouts, accessibility isn’t always a priority. Housing options, both old and new may feature the latest in style and cosmetic appeal, but they don’t always serve our current or future needs for easy movement within our homes.

Universal Design
Incorporating the features necessary for people with physical limitations into the design of common products and building spaces, Universal Design results in easier and safer use for everyone.
Aging In Place
In aging, we become vulnerable to many conditions leading to decreased mobility, therefore many of these improvements are designed to help prevent falls.
